Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the program management team, charting a strategic course for project success aligned with the company's vision.
- Craft comprehensive Project Charters and Program Plans that propel us toward the overarching goals.
- Guarantee adherence to client specifications and business objectives by meticulously managing project timelines and cross-functional teams.
- Implement robust processes and tools to streamline project management, maintaining a sharp focus on cost, schedule, and quality.
- Foster collaboration among diverse teams, from engineering to supply chain, to optimise project performance and resource utilization.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution even in the face of challenges.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project metrics and milestones, fostering transparency and accountability.
- Serve as a trusted liaison for our valued customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring their needs are met at every stage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, coupled with 15+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Exceptional communication and risk management skills are a must.
- Proficiency in MS Project and a knack for interfacing with stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience in Aircraft Interiors and a technical/engineering background are highly desirable.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
