As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing the end-to-end supply chain processes for our client. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management within the consumer electronics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain processes into overall business planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of components and materials.
- Oversee inventory levels to balance demand and supply, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Optimize distribution networks to improve delivery timelines and reduce costs.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance supply chain processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in supply chain management within the consumer goods industry, preferably B2B.
- At least 3 years experience in a people management role.
- Strong customer mindset and business accument.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
