Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Optimise inventory levels to ensure availability of products while minimising inventory costs
- Manage transportation and logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments, carrier selection, and delivery scheduling
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge and experience with German customs documentation and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain management or logistics
- Experience working in e-commerce or retail industries preferred
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools
- Experience working with German customs and documentation
