Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring seamless coordination and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, demand forecasting, and production planning.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Proactively monitor and address disruptions in the supply chain to minimize impact on operations.
Performance Metrics and KPIs:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance overall performance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance efficiency.
- Implement lean principles and other best practices to optimize supply chain operations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal departments such as manufacturing, quality, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing regular updates on supply chain performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving successful supply chain initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
