Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our processes. This role requires a strong background in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
- Generate reports on supply chain performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
- Experience with ERP systems (ex. JD Edwards and Custom.Net).
