DSJ Global is partnered with a leading company in the High-Performance Power Modules industry. This company designs and manufactures power converters, power supplies, and other power management solutions. They are looking to add a Senior Quality Engineer with a focus in yield improvement to join the team in Massachusetts. This role will primarily be responsible for overseeing the product and manufacturing development process. Along with the development and improvement of the yield and quality process.
Responsibilities:
- Complete yield enhancements for power modules
- Create protocols for production teams in order to produce high quality products
- Teach and supervise quality controls
- Implement workflow to improve QA process
- Collect product error data and provide solutions
- Manage problem solving process using the classic Six Sigma techniques
- Analyze and modify product process to make improvements
- Key contributor to improvement factory process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5 + years of experience
- Yield Enhancement experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methods, tools, and processes
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good technical analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
