Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Leadership:
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest standards in aerospace and defense manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the quality control team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
AI Integration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and overall product quality.

Process Optimization:

Supplier Quality Management:

Qualifications:
