Senior Manager, Supply Chain required for Global Food and Beverage Organizations

One of the world's leading Food and Beverage firms is looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to join their rapidly expanding team!
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will oversee the Supply Chain organization with direct oversight of Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory, Procurement and the S&OP functions. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will develop and implement key strategic initiatives across the Supply Chain by leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across demand, supply, inventory and production plans.
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory, Procurement and the S&OP functions across the division
- Develop production plans which support customer demand requirements
- Ensure alignment of demand, inventory, supply, & finished goods forecasts and plans
- Resolve customer delivery discrepancies and amend production schedule priorities accordingly
- Develop, implement and uphold strategic initiatives to ensure long-term goals are met
- Provide both short- and long-term production plans to appropriate parties to be used for capacity analysis
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing teams to ensure alignment of all forecasts
- Establish and maintain target inventory levels by collaborating with S&OP, Demand, Production, and Inventory Teams
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory system and strategy related to the receipt, storage and distribution of materials in compliance with regulatory standards
- Generate reports to be presented to Senior Leadership during S&OP meetings
- Manage supplier relationships
- Establish, implement, and uphold department-wide SOPs & KPIs to foster continuous improvement mentality
- Design, develop and execute distribution instructions across the organization
- Prepare SOPs for department to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and standards
The ideal Senior Manager, Supply Chain candidate will have the following skill set:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required; Master's Degree Preferred
- 8+ years' Supply Chain, Planning/Scheduling, Material Control, Logistics, etc. within the Food and Beverage or Consumer Goods Industry
- 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory position
- Tactical experience managing supply chain planning and scheduling activities across multiple cross-functional areas
- Superior analytical skills with an outstanding attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with local and international counterparts
