We are seeking an experienced and talented safety and reliability engineer to join our client's team based in the beautiful city of Lindenberg, Germany. Our client is one of the world's leading Aerospace companies with operations spread across various countries globally. They have recently opened up a brand new opportunity for someone who can bring their skills to oversee Landing Gear, Flight Control Systems alongside Electrical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet industry standards regarding quality control processes during production phases from concept design through final delivery by performing tasks such as but not limited to;
-Development, verification and support of electronic systems over the entire life cycle, in particular the development and verification of electronic equipment.
- Conducting risk assessments
- Developing corrective actions plans
- Investigating incidents or issues related to product failures.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
The ideal candidate should possess some qualifications/skills including;
1) Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
2) A strong background within Aerospace engineering sector - specifically landing gear systems experience would be preferred;
3) An understanding on how flight control system works,
4 ) Strong electrical engineering knowledge base which could support key initiatives around aviation electronics ;
5 ) Experience working closely cross-functionally with internal teams towards meeting common goals;
6 ) Ability work under pressure while maintaining attention-to-detail,
