Responsibilities:
As a Reliability Engineer your key responsibilities include but not limited below mentioned.
- Conducting extensive research utilising various methods including statistical analyses; this includes analysing potential malfunctions, failures rates compared against similar industries.
- Developing detailed reports outlining findings/results along with corresponding action items required implementing improvements proactively focused approach towards maintaining high operational efficiency levels meeting customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate closely external/internal stakeholders ,sharing knowledge/expertise ensuring effective execution .
Skills:
Root Cause Analysis - The ability to analyse problems by identifying underlying root causes rather than just addressing surface-level issues.
Preventative/Predictive Maintenance - Experience developing strategies aimed at preventing equipment failure through scheduled maintenance plans and data-driven insights gained from predictive analytics tools.
Regulation/Compliance Management - Ability maintain compliance around industry regulations regarding safety protocols, environmental standards etc
Bad Actor Identification - Skillset needed identify components which fail frequently causing significant downtime/issues.
