Qualifications:

- BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
Responsibilities:
- Maintain expertise in manufacturing processes for capital asset management
- Develop project objectives using life cycle asset management techniques
- Implement predictive/condition monitoring projects to reduce repair costs and extend equipment life
- Track production losses and high-cost assets, developing strategies to minimize losses
- Prepare designs and technical documentation for manufacturing equipment projects
- Generate cost estimates and justifications for improvement projects
- Apply preventative/predictive/condition monitoring techniques to enhance machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
- Participate in technical investigations, studies, and root cause analyses
- Coordinate and execute multiple projects within allocated time and budget
- Control project costs and administer contracts
- Prepare project status reports and lead design reviews
- Create engineering standards
- Track production losses and high maintenance cost assets, developing strategies to reduce costs and improve reliability
- Ensure project expenses are within the approved budget
- Successfully start up equipment and hand over to operations
