Production Supervisor
Position Summary:
DSJ Global is currently partnered with an automotive equipment manufacturing company that has been building and designing automotive service equipment for about 75 years. They are seeking a talented Production Supervisor to join their growing team. A qualified candidate will exhibit proven team - building and supervisory skills while also having knowledge of lean manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee hourly manufacturing workers.
- Lead trainings for employees
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout manufacturing process.
- Lead 6 Sigma and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Essential Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree
- 3+ years as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment
