My client is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to drive our clients infusion therapy solutions' competitiveness and availability, crucial for acute and ambulatory care worldwide. This role, within a core business unit, is pivotal in leveraging supplier resources to support their growth in the medical segment.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Foster effective communication between business stakeholders and procurement to meet annual objectives.
- Source and manage key supplier relationships, driving value, mitigating risks, and advancing our sustainability goals.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including make vs. buy decisions and material sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with our material budget and cost reduction targets.

- Strong influencer with excellent communication and project management skills, adept in a matrixed, multicultural organization.
- Solid experience in contract manufacturing and strategic sourcing, with a deep understanding of electro-mechanical components, electronics, plastic injection molding, and precision machining.
