Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Monitor market trends and conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of procurement activities with company goals.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, performance, and cost savings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' procurement experience in Food & Beverage Industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills
