Position Summary:
A manufacturer of building materials is looking for their next Plant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production processes run smoothly. Lastly, you will be accountable for meeting production targets, budget management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the plant to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the plant team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Address and resolve any quality issues or customer complaints.
The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of production management, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
