Mid-Senior Downstream MSAT Process Engineer
Our client is a large-scale biotechnology CDMO located in New Hampshire, seeking a Mid-Senior Downstream MSAT Process Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new downstream processes, as well as improving current processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve downstream processes for biologics manufacturing
- Conduct tech transfers and ensure batch records are accurate
- Monitor and troubleshoot large-scale manufacturing processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with change controls and other regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with downstream MSAT
- Strong knowledge of chromatography, TFF, and UF/DF
- Experience with mammalian cell culture
- CDMO experience preferred
- Large scale manufacturing experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
