Responsibilities:
- Oversee production activities on 1st and 3rd shifts to meet production goals and customer demand.
- Resolve technical and production issues, ensuring weekly schedules are met.
- Monitor and align product lines with the master production schedule.
- Report departmental performance and progress.
- Communicate production, facility, and associate updates to Plant management.
- Provide training and ensure a safe, efficient, quality work environment.
- Lead and manage hiring, performance, coaching, and corrective actions.
- Recommend improvements using Six-Sigma & Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership roles.
- Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
- Experience with production schedules, technical documents, and blueprints.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Quality systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED in a technical or business-related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maximize asset utilization.
- Knowledge of CNC Lathes and Mills.
