Job Description:
As the External Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of operations management including supply chain logistics, consumer electronics production processes as well as managing teams across multiple sites. You must have over 5 years' experience with excellent skills in designing new concepts and identifying roadblocks that hinder growth within organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day external operational activities
- Develop strategies that improve overall efficiency
- Liaise closely with stakeholders both internally & externally
to ensure smooth running of projects.
Qualifications :
Fluent English speaking ability along with B2 level German language proficiency shall be essential.
Skills Required :
The ideal candidate should possess following set of skills-
1) Strong Team Management Experience at senior levels
2) Outstanding knowledge on Supply Chain Logistics coupled Consumer Electronics Production Processes
3) Proven track record working alongside market leaders such as DSJ Global
