Title: Head of Supply Chain - Leading Retailer in Liverpool
Introduction:
Our client, a high-growth retailer based in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations and leading a talented team towards ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale-Up Operations
- Develop strategies to scale up existing supply chain processes while ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Review current procedures and identify areas where improvements can be made.
Team Build
- Manage recruitment activities including interviews with candidates as well as onboarding new employees into the department.
- Foster teamwork across departments through collaboration initiatives such as cross-functional projects.
End-To End Management
-Manage all aspects of logistics from procurement to delivery; ensure that each step meets quality standards set by management or regulatory bodies (where appropriate).
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Experience within Sport/Fashion Sector
A minimum 7 years' experience working at senior level preferably within retail sector

Demonstrated expertise managing complex supply chains
