Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, shape, and nurture a Quality Assurance team comprising approximately 10 QA Managers and QA Officers. This involves conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching to enhance employee growth.
- Hold accountability for product release and batch disposition decisions, ensuring adherence to quality standards as outlined by ICH Q7, FSSC 22000, FAMIQS, and EFfCI regulations, along with legal mandates and customer agreements across feed, food, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Manage and support audits and inspections efficiently.
- Oversee the prompt handling of deviations, complaints, supplier qualifications, and annual product quality reviews.
- Manage quality change processes and address quality-related issues promptly.
- Offer consultative guidance to operational units, addressing various internal and external quality concerns.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's/PhD or equivalent qualification in chemistry.
- Possess a minimum of five years of experience in overseeing quality assurance processes within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing efficiency programs within Quality Operations.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in German and good proficiency in English.
