Head of Quality- Food and Beverage Manufacturer- Graz, Austria
As the lead for implementing and enhancing the certified quality management system for food, feed, and technical products, your responsibilities encompass several key areas:
1. Ensuring the upkeep of all quality certificates at the facility and organising and overseeing certification audits, particularly for ISO 9001, FSSC, EFISC, among others.
2. Driving the implementation and ongoing development of the quality strategy alongside its ambitious quality objectives, in collaboration with other sites.
3. Managing the activities of the Quality Assurance department, including budget oversight, and supervising the competence center for supplier and input material management as a divisional task.
4. Strategizing the audit program and conducting internal audits, while collaborating closely with specialised departments on-site and across multiple locations.
Your qualifications include a degree in (technical) chemistry, food technology, or a relevant HTL degree, coupled with extensive professional experience in quality management and supplier management. You possess expertise in quality management, HACCP, and food/feed safety protocols.
Additionally, you demonstrate fluency in English for business purposes and exhibit excellent proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in SAP considered advantageous. You have undergone training as an internal auditor and hygiene manager, which further enhances your credentials. Your approach to work is characterised by assertiveness, consistency, and a structured methodology.
