We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and optimizing our Supply Chain processes, with a focus on S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and demand management. As we transition to utilizing Oracle, we need a strategic thinker who can lead the development of a robust planning and shipping framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Lead and optimize demand forecasting and management activities.
- Oversee logistics, transportation, and shipping operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 11+ years' experience in Supply Chain management
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Solid customer service and supply chain background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and adept at identifying customer trends and working across functional groups.
- Agility in taking initiative to solve issues, partner and build processes that simplify and build customer experiences.
- Proficient with ERP systems (QuickBooks and NetSuite) and Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with a high focus on teamwork and growth mindset.
- Deliver high quality work with integrity and exhibit a professional and positive attitude.
