Ideal candidates will possess a proven track record of fostering robust relationships with global suppliers, managing the entirety of the global procurement process from requisition to contract negotiation. They will be tasked with devising and executing procurement strategies in alignment with organizational objectives, identifying avenues for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
Responsibilities entail vigilant monitoring of procurement budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving. Market research and analysis will be conducted to ascertain trends, pricing dynamics, and sourcing strategies to optimize procurement endeavors. Moreover, mitigating procurement-related risks such as supply chain disruptions, quality concerns, and compliance issues will be crucial, alongside the formulation and implementation of contingency plans to ensure seamless procurement operations.

- Negotiate centrally on behalf of company for regional offices and Business Units.
- Address the current gap in purchasing NPIs.

- Translate financial and supply chain goals into contract legal terms.
- Combine negotiation prowess with financial and legal expertise.
Industry Expertise:
- Leading knowledge in the nutritional supplement industry.
- Familiarity with key players in both botanical and non-botanical sectors.
Pragmatic Approach and Data Analytics:

- Comfortable with data analytics tools like ERP, EDI, and statistics.
Relationship Management and Market Research:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with a large portfolio of suppliers and global manufacturers.
