Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement groundbreaking demand planning strategies to optimize inventory and meet customer demand.
- Lead and inspire the demand planning team, fostering a culture of excellence through guidance, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather and analyze data, creating accurate and insightful demand forecasts.
- Harness advanced statistical models and cutting-edge software tools to predict demand trends and patterns.
