Design for Quality
We are looking for an experienced Design for Quality specialist to join our client's team, a leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing company in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Design for Quality specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are designed with quality in mind. You will work closely with the Quality and Technical Operations teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products are designed with quality in mind
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of processes and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve quality
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures
Skills:
- 2 years of experience with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
- 6 years of experience with Quality
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
