The Data Analytics Supply Chain Planning Manager will oversee the management and optimization of master data related to supply chain operations. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data, as well as leveraging data analytics to improve supply chain planning and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, master data management, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Master Data Management:
- Oversee the collection, validation, and maintenance of supply chain master data, including product, vendor, customer, and inventory data.
- Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards and policies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze master data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into supply chain performance and master data quality.
Supply Chain Optimization:
- Use data analytics to support supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production planning.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, IT, and finance, to ensure master data integrity and alignment.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Technology and Tools:
- Utilize master data management (MDM) and data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAP, Tableau, Power BI) to manage and analyze data.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in master data management and supply chain analytics.
Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement best practices for master data management and governance.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, streamline data processes, and enhance data management capabilities.
Performance Measurement:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for master data quality and supply chain performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of master data processes to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, master data management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in data analysis, master data management, and supply chain optimization.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
