Responsibilities:
- Sourcing high-quality food products while maintaining cost-effectiveness through negotiations with suppliers.
- Maintaining relationships with existing vendors by ensuring timely payments whilst developing new contacts regularly.
- Conducting market research on prices trends that may affect product availability.
- Ensuring timely receipt of products and monitoring inventory.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years purchasing experience in FoodBev industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher within Business Administration or Agriculture.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Experience working alongside suppliers/vendors
