With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering exceptional products to their customers, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Processing-Blending Manager to join the team.
Position Overview:
As the Blending Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the blending operations within our facility. You will be responsible for managing a team of 23 direct reports, ensuring the efficient and accurate blending of ingredients to meet quality standards and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 23 blending staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the blending process for teas and juices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production planning to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement and maintain quality control measures in the blending process.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Food Science, Manufacturing, etc.) preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a beverage manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of blending processes, quality control, and production scheduling.
