A leading Chemical Manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to help implement TPM strategies. This Continuous Improvement Manager will collaborate with the rest of the Manufacturing Management Teams to establish Continuous Improvement and TPM Solutions.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Help implement and modify operational KPI's
- Drive performance within the facilities - working directly with the Plant Manager
- Conduct TPM trainings for the facility
- Work with Global Leadership on TPM Best Practices
The ideal Continuous Improvement Manager candidate will have the following skillset:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge LEAN Six Sigma Principles
- Functional Experience with TPM Principles including 5s, Autonomous and Planed Maintenance
- Experience running and implementing Kaizen events
- Must be result oriented person
- Great communication skills
- Effective problem solving skills
