Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the Procurement, Planning and Customer Service teams
- Create and implement functional strategic plan
- Review external trends and identify internal opportunities for improvement
- Align development plans for managers to the functional strategic plan
- Oversee routine, disciplined operational reviews for all levels and improve
- Achieve all targets for People, Customer Service, Planning and Procurement
- Leverage available resources and set benchmark for project management planning
- Promote and develop tight integration between supply chain, production, QC and warehousing
- Guide information system strategy and development for supply chain Operations
