Supply Chain Analytics Manager

Our client, a nationally ranked healthcare system, is searching for a Supply Chain Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate is best described as a Supply Chain leader who understands data from both operational/strategic points of view and is responsible for providing "Data-to-Insight" (BI) tools to support and enhance business strategies. The successful candidate will advise senior leadership on the skills, capabilities and infrastructure needed for USP's innovation agenda, and how to build it
The Supply Chain Analytics Manager will act as the main conduit between Supply Chain and IT as well as collaborate with other BI units housed within Finance/ Manufacturing/ Engineering. This individual will also oversee a team of data analysts.
The Supply Chain Analytics Manager will:
- Participate in prototyping of new approaches / projects to derive further public health impact from the client's database
- Generate, test, and improve models that predict future supply chain vulnerabilities
- Employ data mining, data warehousing, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends and create relevant measurement dashboards in platforms
- Coordinate with Supply Chain leadership and develop BI technology and Data Science capability roadmaps for all Supply Chain functions
- Spearhead the development of policies, processes, standards, and best practices in data and integration management
The Supply Chain Analytics Manager has the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of corporate business experience
- 3+ years in analytics or supply chain analytics
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
