An industry-driving cosmetics company is looking to hire a Sr. Supply Chain Manager in the greater Los Angeles area. This individual will be working in a fast-paced environment within an established company that has a California start-up feel. This position focuses on speed and efficiency while ensuring quality and working with a large quantity of units and new product launches. Overseeing both inventory, warehouse, transportation and other logistics processes, this position will partner with manufacturers, suppliers and work cross-functionally within the company.
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Supply Chain Manager:
- Manage inventory, warehouse, logistics and transportation
- Oversee over 100 reports
- Ensure quality, quantity and customer satisfaction
- Develop new strategies to streamline the organization
- Manage budgets
- Manage and develop supply chain staff
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or significant relevant procurement experience in Supply Chain Management and relevant subject matter expertise
- Relevant experience in a heavily regulated industry is a plus
- Performance history of effective management and efficiency
- The desire to work with and grow alongside an up-and-coming company
- Team Player
- Working knowledge of inventory software
