Indirect Procurement- Sr. Analyst

- Working Situation- On-sight (Flexible, 2-3 days in office)
- Level- Sr. Analyst (Entry-Mid)
One of the global leaders in apparel, footwear, and accessories is looking to hire a for an Indirect Procurement Sr. Analyst.
This position will be supporting sourcing for Operation Services and reporting into the Sr. Manager for Indirect Procurement with key spend areas in contingent labor, travel, HR Services, facility services, and more. It is a high impact position with a large exposure range to executive level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple sourcing projects and evaluate opportunities to make sure business results are reached
- Analyze and review sourcing decisions based on RFx outcomes, and negotiate agreements to make sure the suppliers meet all requirements
- Manage and track contracts, be liaison with legal department and supplier agreements, as well as following up to the accuracy, direction and completion of project objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
- 3-5+ Years of exposure in related type of procurement (Open to industries)
- Strong communication skills
- Must be analytical and able to draw conclusions from data
- Experience with P2P systems, ERP, etc.
- E-sourcing and Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel)
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Travel by air and overnight as required (less than 10%)
