The SIOP Director will execute, develop, and implement Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes and strategies for North American, APAC, and LATAM operations, while aligning with the EMEA footprint. This includes manufacturing, demand planning, capacity, management, and key performance indicators (KPI) like inventory, fill rate, and on-time delivery. The role involves leading leading SIOP processes development globally, enhancing operational efficiencies, and spearheading SIOP processes for a new ERP implementation in 2023/2024.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and lead the SIOP process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and manage demand forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and other relevant factors.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with supply chain and production teams to ensure the availability of materials, resources, and capacity to meet demand forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration among various departments to break down silos and ensure cohesive SIOP execution.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the SIOP process for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and SIOP.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and technology.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
