In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Working with customers for quality, service, and delivery issues and evaluating the timely, effective, and responses to the customer
- Act as a representative during audits by customers
- Act as a support for the Quality Engineering team with training and coaching of procedures, deviations, and continuous improvement/DMAIC projects
- Provide technical assistance through information sharing, research, and special projects
- Write, review, and revise the specifications of the product and delivery
- Involved in writing run time plans, test protocols, and summary reports for customers
- Evaluate data from Production and research/experiments and coordinate these special projects to support quality and productivity
- Work directly with the applications and development following the review of documentation of new product lines
- Responsible for quality technicians and driving internal metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience with 2+ years management experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Proficiency of RCAs and DOEs
- Certified Internal Auditor
- ISO 9001, required and ISO 13485 knowledge communication
