We are looking for a Senior Buyer who is responsible for leading the company's supply chain team on site in Concord, CA. This position is responsible for planning and purchasing to maximize customer satisfaction through world class on time delivery and lead times. This position requires a driven leader for systems and process improvement and is a key member of the Integrated Business Planning Team
Primary Responsibilities:
- This role is the overall leader of the Supply Chain at Calex. Responsibilities include component purchasing NPI, Systems, Business Process and Longer-Term Planning.
- Works with suppliers and internal teams to address constraints and escalates potential long-term component and supplier capacity gaps.
- Plan and conduct required Supplier performance reviews according to lSO 9000
- policy. Maintain procurement records in accordance with lSO 9000 policy
- Sets and maintains ERP settings and ordering policies in line with MPS guidelines to ensure material flow is optimized.
