Regional Quality Manager
A leading packaging company is looking for a responsible and goal-oriented Regional Quality Manager to join their team in Napa, California! As Regional Quality Manager you will act as a liaison with key customer operations and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities of Regional Quality Manager
- Drive quality improvement efforts to enforce an effective Quality Management System
- Uses Lean Six Sigma methodology to support Lean initiatives and improve processes
- Implement internal audit processes to ensure compliance with QMS and control plans
- Work with the facility management team to achieve overall financial objectives
Qualifications for Regional Quality Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles
- 5+ years of multi site responsibility
- Six Sigma or CQE certification required
