Title: Quality Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
A leading name in the Plastic Manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to provide support to the Quality Department throughout the Indiana Facility.
The Quality Manager is responsible for supporting documentation of all batch records and overseeing all document control. The Quality Manager will be required to work directly with the Maintenance and Production teams to ensure standards are being met throughout the Manufacturing Facility. The Manager will be responsible for following all OSHA, GMP, and facility guidelines.
The Quality Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing and testing all raw materials to ensure they are up to all standards
- Perform and oversee all internal audits in accordance with the AQL standards
- Preform quality batch testing of samples throughout the manufacturing facility
- Aid in Quality assurance Trainings
- Implement all cGMP throughout the production floor
- Work directly with Maintenance, Operations, Production, and Quality teams
The ideal Quality Manager must have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Experience working on a Quality team in a manufacturing setting
- Functional knowledge of Plastics and Molding
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working with OSHA, cGMP, and other safety and quality standards
