Responsibilities include:
- Assuring that all QC procedures and proceses meet & exceed company standards for quality, technology, process knowledge, safety and sanitation
- Providing leadership & support to the entire plant, including the QC department
- Leading the development, implementation and maintenance of HACCP & SSOP
- Assuring compliance with customer & USDA regulatory requirements
- Mentoring & developing QC team members
- Monitoring plant-wide goals to improve quality and processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on plant experience
- Knowledge of GMPs, USDA, HACCP, and SOP requirements
- Lean Six Sigma preferred
