You will be responsible for purchasing and management of ingredients within the fresh veggies and protein supplies, manage procurement processes of indirect materials, and manage logistics of warehouse functions. Specifically, you are given the freedom to attack the job as you see fit as you aggressively seek out cost savings and maintain optimal logistics performance. Having control over not only ingredient procurement but also management of indirects and warehouse functions puts you in a position to make an impact from day one. Responsibilities
- Lead purchasing efforts for veggies and proteins ingredients
- Manage production schedule to maintain operational needs and balance sales forecasts
- Lead a team to optimal performance
- Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Control inventory accuracy, turns, and funding
- Obtain government packaging and supply approvals
Qualifications
- 4+ years in purchasing or supply chain related space
- Leadership skills
- High energy go-getter mentality
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
