One of the Top 20 Pharmaceuticals Company is looking for a Process Engineering & Automation Manager to lead the process engineering and automation engineering efforts for packaging and filling!
The Process Engineering & Automation Manager will provide leadership to the engineering team. The candidate will partner with other Engineering leaders to execute projects and provide quality and productivity improvements.
The Process Engineering & Automation Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Look over documentation for sterilization, filling, pasteurization, and packaging systems
- Manage projects with the responsibility of their delivery of varying complexity
- Lead team of Engineers
- Guarantee consistency and compatibility with organization and industry standards (PMM, cGMP, GEP, etc.)
- Oversee and coordinate project execution activities such as validation protocols, test cases, and change controls
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
- 10+ years experience with an understanding of filling and packaging systems
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Exhibit leadership skill-set as well as team oriented
- Experience managing direct engineer reports
