A world leader in stored energy solutions is seeking an OPEX Manager who is a Lean Thinker with a high level of expertise in Business Transformation. The company operating in 100+ countries with 30+ manufacturing and assembly facilities is looking for someone to bring on to drive initiates at this Missouri plant.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement Lean Roadmaps and Transformations
- Align Lean Transformations with Corporate Lean Roadmap
- Drive Lean initiatives such as 5S, MDI, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping & Design, MMF, and CCF
- Develop and maintain various certificates for the company and its subsidiary companies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean principles
- Track record of delivering sustained continuous improvement outcomes
- Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation communication
- MS Office skills, including ability to generate data-focused spreadsheets for analysis and metric tracking
- Skilled in interpersonal interactions
- Capable of navigating and overseeing intricate cross-functional business process projects
