Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading logistics coordination - overseeing all aspects of 3PL and shipping/receiving
- Constant communication with internal logistics team and warehouse service providers and carriers to guarantee OTIF deliveries
- Provides input for budget process and assesses day to day compliance
- Leadership of sculpting a productive, positive, and inclusive workplace culture and climate
- Analyze Department key metrics data analysis and entry
Operations Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related area (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, International Trade)
- 2 years' experience with Supply Chain and/or Customer Service;
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- SAP knowledge
- Ability to influence across the company and to interact with persons at all levels and to work independently and collaboratively to set and accomplish Company goals
