DSJ Global are excited to be partnering with a fast growing and developing Q-Commerce company in Germany. With multiple roles based in Germany, this rapidly expanding team is looking for their next Operations and Fulfilment Centre lead!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations in your FC +/- 2 days a week
- Be the team lead of one of the teams in the FC (eg captains or operators)
- Take ownership of your projects while getting the freedom to experiment
- Formulate, manage and monitor operation metrics while diagnosing and improving processes, procedures, and operational performance
- Implement and test projects to improve the flow of processes and the warehouse management system
- Consult and collaborate with all relevant departments to improve our supply chain
Requirements:
- Master's degree, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain
- Excitement to take over leadership responsibilities
- Driven and focused - ready for new challenges
- Quick thinking, analytic and pragmatic
- Leadership skills: You know how to motivate and coach your team
- Fluent English and German (B2 minimum)
