DSJ Global is currently partnered with a large consumer goods company in Atlanta, GA that is looking to add a Manager of HR Supply Chain Transformation to their team. This individual will primarily be responsible for collaborating with Supply Chain leaders and business unit HR leaders to identify and address organizational needs and initiates, contributes to, or leads a range of projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Supply Chain and HR Leadership to define and deploy capability building and development strategies across the Supply Chain space
- Develop and deploy competencies and development strategies to ensure competitiveness in our ability to develop, attract and retain talent for the future
- Leverage change management efforts to deploy initiatives with our workforce
- Utilize Training and Skills Development Principles and Methodologies to drive process standardization across the Supply Chain space
- Deploy functional competency development focused on growing Supply Chain competencies and skills for our salaried employees
- Identify and work directly with internal and external subject matter experts who can build content that delivers on Supply Chain Organizational capability development
- Recommend improvements to skills assessment, including updates to skills definitions that reflect latest capability expectations and improvements to data collection process and/or reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in Consumer Good's industry is preferred
- 6+ year of experience in a streatgic and tactical Supply Chain role
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodology (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence others
