SUMMARY
DSJ is currently partnered with a unionized multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company who are now searching for a Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring plant compliance with regulatory agencies, providing mechanic troubleshooting in electrical, chemical, and mechanical facets, and manage efforts to improve equipment reliability.
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of implementation of maintenance standards in the labs, warehouses, electrical switchgears, and overall facility as a whole
- Use LEAN and continuous improvement techniques and knowledge to uphold plant processes
- Conduct trainings and meetings when needed
- Manage predictive and preventative maintenance activities
Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Maintenance Management, or related field
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in MANUFACTURING setting; FDA experience a PLUS
- TPM and LEAN certifications are a PLUS
- Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, EPA, and OSHA
- Strong leadership and communication skills
