Logistics Value Stream Leader

A leader in the automotive parts manufacturing sector is currently seeking a Logistics Value Stream Leader. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP experience, prior experience in a Value Stream role, and strong leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a high impact role that requires leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the safe, efficient, and accurate flow of materials to assembly operation
- Shipping and receiving functions
- Inventory Control and Accuracy
- Ensure that the SAP processes are adhered to
- Manage a team in a warehouse manufacturing environment
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Logistics Management / Value Stream / Operational Excellence role
- Prior experience of at least 3 years supervising a team in a manufacturing environment
- Strong SAP experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline is required
- Engineering background is preferred but not required
