Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long-term supply chain transformation strategies across the region.
- Influence at all levels of the organization
- Monitor performance and recommend scope, schedule, cost, or resource adjustments
- Prioritise multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; communicate project status
- Effectively balance competing project constraints including but not limited to the scope
- Connect project objectives to broader organizational goals.
- Provide input to contracts, review contracts to ensure completeness of scope
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain the resources
- Utilise broad and deep knowledge to develop innovative new business practices, policies, and procedures
- Independently define project; establish budgets; identify participants and mitigate risk
- Consult with management to determine project objectives with long-term implications
- Build strategic partnerships and relationships
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in the related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years experience in related field (regional supply chain, distribution, logistics, inventory, demand planning)
- Prior experiences leading and managing within a highly regulated environment
- Prior experiences leading geographically dispersed organizations
- Strong leadership skills and team-building skills
- Prior experience leading large transformation projects preferred
- Global experience preferred
- Travel expectations: 20%+
