We are currently working with a world-leading pharmaceutical company who are going through an ambitious 10-year transformation programme. With 100,000 employees+ and $50bn+ in revenue, they are looking to create a new Agile way of doing Procurement.
They are looking for a Global Category Manager within External Workforce to come on board as part of their transformation to help be a dynamic member of a team that covers a spend of $700million on Contingent Workforce and $300million on Consultancy.
The role will have a global scope and be tasked with leading and promoting best practice across Procurement, working with cross-functional project teams to deliver tangible business results.
I am actively looking for a driven individual who has experience of managing a large spend on a global basis, and eager to make a change within a multinational conglomerate, based in their Warsaw office.
