FSQA Manager

The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager ensures that the company's food quality and presentation standards are consistently maintained across all production lines. This role also involves developing and implementing policies, strategies, and testing methods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for company products.
The FSQA Manager will be responsible for:
- Enhance quality control and testing to ensure production meets recipe and brand standards.
- Develop and enforce food safety SOPs for goods entering and leaving the Central Kitchen.
- Create safety and training procedures for equipment and machinery.
- Support R&D, evaluate new suppliers, and draft product specifications.
- Implement traceability systems and measures to prevent foreign material contamination.
- Manage product recalls, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct quality assurance audits, monitor product quality, and engage with retail management as needed.
- Develop new systems and policies to improve quality control and production efficiency.
- Mentor staff and maintain a work environment aligned with company values.
The FSQA Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a manufacturing or foodservice QA role, with 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of food technology, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations.
